Elevate Lending is a real estate debt fund from Chavez Capital, based in Spokane Valley, Washington. We bring the underwriting we've used for years as private lenders to a fund that accredited investors can share in.
Who manages the fund
Hands-on lending, one borrower at a time.
Jorge has spent his career brokering private money for real estate investors, from fix-and-flip and bridge loans to DSCR loans. He works one-on-one with borrowers to structure loans around their plans, and underwrites every deal with the fund's investors in mind.
He also runs an online community that teaches investors about real estate and lending. The goal is the same in both: help investors grow with the knowledge and capital they need, while doing the diligence that protects the fund's capital.
Elevate Lending is a new fund. It brings that same discipline to a pool of loans that investors can share in.
